1 Orange
5 ozs Hazelnuts (finely chopped)
3 cups milk
4 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Preparation steps

1.
Slice the orange in half and remove the peel from one half. Cut the peel into strips and set aside for the garnish. Juice the two orange halves.
2.
Place a little of the juice in a sauce and dip the rims of four glasses into the juice. Dip the moistened rims into the hazelnuts and set aside.
3.
Place the remaining hazelnuts in a blender with the milk and orange juice. Blend until smooth then carefully pour into the glasses.
4.
Place a scoop of ice cream in each glass and garnish with the reserved orange peel.
