- 3 eggs (separated)
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp Corn starch
- 1 cup freshly squeezed Orange juice
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ cup sugar-free Chocolate chip

Preparation steps
1.
Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl with 50g|1/4 cup of the sugar until pale and creamy. Whisk in the cornflour.

Gradually pour the orange juice into the egg yolk mixture and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a pan and cook gently over a low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce begins to bubble and thicken. Remove from the heat and leave to cool for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin forming.
4.
Whisk the egg whites and salt to form soft peaks. Gradually sprinkle in the remaining sugar and continue whisking until glossy.
5.
Fold the meringue mixture and chocolate chips into the cooled orange sauce. Divide among 4 ramekins and chill for at least 2 hours before turning out onto serving plates.
