Preparation steps

Beat eggs with cream and stir in basil. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse, trim and cut zucchini into pieces. Rinse and halve tomatoes. Peel and finely chop garlic. Gently mix vegetables together and season with salt and pepper. In a pan, sauté vegetables in a little hot oil, 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan. Pour a quarter of the eggs into the pan and top with a quarter of the vegetables. Mix to combine and cook until eggs are set and golden-brown, 4-5 minutes. Remove from pan. Continue cooking omelettes until ingredients are used up.
