4 cooked potatoes
2 Tbsps butter
200 grams ham
4 eggs
salt

butter (for the pan)
4 slices Country bread
1 garlic clove
olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Slice potatoes and fry on all sides in a large pan in hot butter.

Grease 4 glass ramekins with butter. Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).

Cut ham into strips, add to the pan with potatoes, fry while stirring and season with salt and pepper.

Distribute potatoes and ham to the ramekins. Beat each egg individually in a bowl, pour each over ramekin and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.

5.

Toast bread, rub with garlic and drizzle with olive oil.

6.

Serve ramekins with bread.
