- 2 Tbsps rolled oats
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 4 Peaches (pitted, peeled, and diced)
- 1 small Papaya (peeled, seeded, and diced)
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 1 small Banana (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 cup crushed Ice

Product recommendation
Use canned peaches or papaya if either is not available.
Preparation steps
1.
Combine the oats and milk in a blender. Leave to soak for 5 minutes.
2.
Add the peaches, papaya, lime juice, banana, and honey. Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth.
3.
Add the ice and blend again for a further minute.
4.
Pour into glasses and serve.
