- 100 grams fine Oats
- 100 grams Whole Grain Oats
- 300 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 3 scallions
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps parsley (finely chopped)
- salt
- peppers
- Nutmeg
- Butterfat (to fry)
Preparation steps

Mix two types of oatmeal in a bowl, pour over boiling broth, cover and allow to swell for 30 minutes. Drain and allow to drain in a sieve. Rinse and trim scallions, finely chop the white parts, cut the green parts in fine rings, then sauté in hot butter. Peel garlic, squeeze through a garlic press and add to oatmeal, eggs and herbs, mix and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

From the mixture, form 4 patties (if necessary add a little flour) and fry in hot butter on each side for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove and serve hot.
