- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup caster sugar
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup dried Cranberry

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a large baking tray.
2.
Beat the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until soft, then beat in the honey.
3.
Add the egg and cinnamon and mix well. Stir in the flour, baking powder, oats, raisins and cranberries until well blended.
4.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden.
5.
Cool on the baking tray for a few minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
