Oat and Raisin Biscuits
Heat the oven to 180C,350F, gas 4. Line 2 large baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
Beat the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until pale and fluffy.
Stir in the condensed milk. Mix in the oats and flour, then stir in the raisins.
Roll pieces of the dough, between your hands into balls about the size of a golf ball and place them well apart on the baking trays.
Press down lightly and bake for 15 minutes until pale golden. Leave to cool on the baking trays.
