- ⅓ cup plain Chocolate (chopped)
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- ½ cup Cake crumbs
- ¾ cup chopped almonds
- ⅓ cup Milk chocolate (chopped)
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ⅛ cup Nougat
- 1 pinch ground Cardamom
- 2 Tbsps Hazelnut brittle

Preparation steps
1.
Melt the chocolate with the butter, sugar and a pinch of cinnamon in a bain marie.

Mix together the amaretti crumbs and almonds and stir into the melted chocolate.
3.
Line a rectangular dish (approx 15 x 10 cm) with cling film and spread the mixture over the base of the dish, smoothing the top flat. Place in the refrigerator for around 1 hour.
4.
Melt the milk chocolate with the condensed milk in a bain marie. Stir in the nougat and a pinch of cardamom and spread over the first layer, smoothing the top flat once more. Sprinkle with the brittle and chill for a further 2 hours.
5.
Cut into pieces and serve. Keep in a cool place.
