- 150 grams soup noodles
- salt
- 2 sticks Celery
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 250 grams Peas
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 800 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
- salt
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse in cold water and drain. Rinse celery, trim and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Sauté both along with the celery and peas in a saucepan with oil.

Add the broth and let simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Add the noodles and parsley and season with salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Ladle into bowls and serve.
