- 400 grams Green beans
- 1 Fennel bulb
- 200 grams yellow Cherry tomatoes
- 200 grams Red Cherry tomatoes
- 400 grams baby potatoes (boiled)
- 200 grams Tuna (canned, in water)
- 1 Red onion
- ½ bunch parsley
- 50 grams black, pitted Olives
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp spicy Mustard
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse the beans and blanch in boiling, salted water for 2-3 minutes until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain well. Rinse the fennel remove the tough stalk and cut or plane the fennel into thin strips. Blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces.

Drain the tuna and mash with a fork. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop coarsely. Put everything in a large bowl, mix with olive oil, mustard and white wine vinegar, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with bread.
