1 garlic clove
50 grams Almond slivers
1 Tbsp red peppercorns
250 grams Mozzarella

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the carrot, cut off the ends and grate. Rinse and quarter the mushrooms. Saute the mushrooms in hot oil. Peel and dice the garlic. Add the garlic, almonds and peppercorns to the pan and saute. Slice the mozzarella and spread on a plate. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Spread the mushroom mixture over the cheese. Sprinkle with the grated carrot. Serve garnished with marjoram.
