- 300 grams Mozzarella
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 100 grams small Chanterelle (Or other mushrooms)
- 12 large Basil
- white bread (for serving)

Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes and cut out the stem. Cut into slices. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Distribute both decoratively on the plates. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Rub the chanterelles dry with a cloth or clean with a brush. Do not rinse, mushrooms absorb water. Quickly cook in the remaining olive oil. Distribute the mushrooms with the oil on the tomatoes and mozzarella slices. Cut the basil leaves in half lengthwise and season. Serve with bread on the side.
