Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta according to package directions in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the branches.

Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large frying pan and cook the mushrooms until lightly browned on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes while stirring.

3.

Drain the pasta and mix with the pan contents. Fold in the parmesan, season with pepper and spread the basil over the top.
