2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.

Blanch the tomatoes for a few seconds, remove, peel, quarter, core and cut into cubes. Mix with the lemon juice, sugar and the oil and season with salt and cayenne pepper.

2.

Transfer the drained spaghetti to plates and spoon the tomatoes over it. Shower with basil and serve with freshly grated Parmesan.
