Preparation steps

1.

Trim the mushrooms, wipe with a damp paper towel and finely chop.

2.

Heat the butter in a small pan and sauté the mushrooms until liquid is evaporated.

Let cool slightly and stir in the chives, crème fraîche and sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
