- 500 grams button Mushroom
- 6 Tarragon
- 60 grams butter
- 20 grams Crème fraiche
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- ½ l white wine
- Sea salt

Preparation steps

Cut the beef fillets into strips and sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Rinse the tarragon sprigs, shake dry, and chop finely. Rub the mushrooms with a paper towel and cut into slices.
Mix the creme fraiche with chopped tarragon, season with salt, and pour into dip bowl.

Fry the mushroom slices in a pan in half of the butter.
Sear the beef fillet on all sides in another pan in the remaining butter briefly. Pour in the white wine, remove the pan from heat and let stand briefly.
Serve the beef strips with mushroom slices and tarragon dip.
