- 1 ⅓ cups lean Bacon
- 2 cups Mushrooms
- 1 large Tomato
- 1 onion
- 1 cup Emmentaler cheese (or cheddar)
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. Dice the bacon. Clean and chop the mushrooms. Place the tomatoes in boiling water, then immediately in cold water. Peel, quarter, de-seed and chop the tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry the bacon in a dry skillet, then add the onion and the mushroom and sauté for about 5 minutes. Now add the tomatoes and the drained pasta and toss. Remove the skillet from the heat and season with salt and pepper. Fold in half of the cheese. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top before serving.
