- 400 grams Pappardelle noodles
- salt
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 500 grams Chanterelle
- 100 grams Bacon
- salt
- peppers
- 400 grams Ricotta cheese
- peppers
- parsley

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pappardelle in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain. Peel onion and cut into small cubes. Peel garlic and chop finely.
2.
Heat butter in a pan and saute onion and garlic until soft. Clean chanterelle and add to onion mixture. Cook bacon until goden yellow in a dry pan and drain on paper towels.
3.
Heat pasta in remaining bacon bits. Arrange pasta on 4 plates and season with salt and pepper. Top with ricotta, mushrooms, bacon and parsley. Serve.
