- 300 grams Beef fillet (cut into bite-size pieces)
- ½ green paprika (cored, cut into chunks)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil
- 50 grams Blue cheese
- 1 large Tomato (cored, cut into cubes)
- 1 shallot (finely diced)
- 3 Tbsps cooked Rice
- 70 grams Mung bean sprouts
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Skewer the meat alternately with pieces of green pepper, brush with oil and cook on a hot grill about 5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper, cover with blue cheese and keep warm.

Mix all ingredients for the salad and serve with the skewers.
