1 Cutting board, 1 Paper towel, 1 großer Freezer bag, 1 Small knife, 1 Fine grater, 1 große Bowl, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 kleiner Whisk, 1 Peeler, 1 Salad bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Salad server, 2 große Aluminum grilling pans, 1 Large knife
Preparation steps

Season the fish with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a frying pan. Add the fish, skin side down and cook for 2 minutes on the skin side. Turn the fish over and cook for about 1 minute until cooked through.

Heat the grill.

Grill the bread slices until lightly browned on both sides.
5.
Brush the bread slices with the remaining olive oil.
6.
Place the bread slices on serving plates and place the fish fillets on top. Garnish the fish with lemon slices and chives.
7.
Put a small handful of rocket and a few capers on each plate
