3 cups Fusilli (pasta)
2 Tbsps olive oil
¾ cup Parmesan (finely grated)
½ tsp dried thyme
salt
freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps

1.
Divide the pasta evenly between four microwaveable mugs. Cover with at least 2 cm|1" of water.
2.
Place the mugs on a flat plate and microwave on high for 8 - 10 minutes, stirring at 2 minute intervals, until 'al dente'; continue to microwave for a further 1 - 3 minutes if not ready.
3.
Carefully remove from the microwave and drain the pasta if needed. Toss with the olive oil and return the pasta to each mug.
4.
Top with a mixture of the Parmesan and thyme before serving.
