10 grams butter
20 grams brown sugar
50 grams honey
½ Vanilla bean (pulp)
½ tsp cinnamon
250 grams coarse-grained Oats
100 grams Raspberries
100 grams Blueberries
100 grams Strawberries
800 milliliters milk (as desired)

Preparation steps

1.

Coarsely chop the cashew nuts and almonds.

Heat the butter in a large pan and melt the sugar. Add the honey, the vanilla and cinnamon and stir until melted.

Add the oatmeal and chopped nuts and fry until light brown while stirring. Place the mixture on parchment paper and allow to cool.

Meanwhile, pick out the raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. Rinse and drain them and cut smaller if desired.

3.

Crumble the cooled oatmeal into small bowls. Serve with the fruit and milk to taste.
