- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate (chopped)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups frozen mixed berries

Preparation steps
1.
Warm the cream and butter in a saucepan set over a medium heat. Stir well until the butter has melted.
2.
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and pour over the hot cream and butter mixture. Leave it to sit for a minute before stirring gently until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
3.
Spoon the frozen berries into cupcake cases and top with the white chocolate sauce. Serve immediately for best results.
