1 garlic clove
1 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Basil pesto
1 lemon juice

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to broil. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes until crispy, turning once. Cut the mozzarella into slices.

Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Pour the oil in a hot pan and cook the garlic briefly. Add the tomatoes, toss, allow to become hot and mix with the pesto. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3.

Top the baguette slices with the mozzarella and bake for 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted. Remove, distribute the tomato mixture on each, top with an anchovy and serve garnished with basil.
