Preparation steps
1.
Using a potato peeler, peel thin strips from one of the carrots to use as the garnish and set aside.
2.
Roughly chop the remaining carrots and place in a blender with the cranberry juice and ice cubes.
3.
Blend until the carrots are broken up but not completely smooth, pour into glasses and serve.
