½ cube Yeast (21 g)

For the vegetables
1 small Eggplant (washed, trimmed and sliced)
1 Zucchini (washed, trimmed and sliced)
1 yellow pepper (washed, cored and cut into pieces)
1 red pepper (washed cored and cut into pieces)
2 Tbsps olive oil
For the topping
2 cups tomato passata (creamed tomatoes)
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried marjoram
salt
freshly ground Black pepper
1 pinch sugar
1 ½ cups fresh Mozzarella
½ cup Olives
1 clove garlic cloves (chopped)
4 Tbsps olive oil

1 Measuring cups, 1 Teaspoon, 1 großer Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Paper towel, 1 Carving fork, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Roasting pan mit Deckel, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Bowl, 1 kleine Ladle, 1 großer Freezer bag (6 l)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat the barbecue.

For the pizza base, crumble the yeast into a bowl and mix smoothly with the sugar and 200 ml lukewarm water. Add the flour, 4 tbsp olive oil and the salt and knead to a pliable dough. Cover and put in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour.

For the grilled vegetables, mix all the prepared vegetables with the olive oil. Then grill on the hot barbecue for 4-5 minutes, turning once.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces, shape into balls and roll out on a lightly floured surface to circles approximately 26 cm in diameter. Place on 4 oiled pizza trays or baking tins.

Mix the creamed tomatoes with 1/2 tsp thyme and the marjoram. Season lightly with salt and pepper and add a pinch of sugar. Spread the mixture on the pizza bases. Thinly slice the mozzarella and arrange on top of the tomato sauce. Add the barbecued vegetables and olives to the pizza and sprinkle with the rest of the thyme and the garlic. Sprinkle with oil, season with salt and pepper and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
