Ingredients

For the vegetables
200 grams Cauliflower
200 grams Broccoli
1 Fennel bulb
2 carrots
2 whole yellow onion
1 red Bell pepper
1 yellow Bell pepper
1 green Bell pepper
1 Zucchini
200 grams button Mushroom
2 stalks Celery
For the sauce
20 garlic cloves
20 Anchovy fillet (in oil)
500 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

Rinse vegetables, drain and wipe dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Steam vegetables briefly until al dente or leave uncooked, to taste. Arrange vegetables decoratively on large plates. 

3.

For the sauce, peel garlic and cut into small slices. Rinse anchovy fillets, drain and pat dry. In a pot, heat garlic, anchovies and oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil for about 30 minutes. To serve, place pot on a chafing dish and dip vegetables in sauce.
