- 2 cups tenderstem Broccoli (trimmed)
- 2 cups Green beans
- 1 ½ cups Asparagus (woody ends removed)
- 2 cups Snap pea
- 2 Tbsps butter (diced)
- 3 Tbsps sliced almonds
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the broccoli, beans, and asparagus in a large saucepan of salted, boiling water for 2 minutes. Add the mange tout and cook everything for a further 1 - 2 minutes until tender.
2.
Drain well and toss with the butter and seasoning.
3.
Arrange in serving bowls, garnished with flaked almonds.
