non-stick vegetable oil spray
32 ozs fresh Green beans (rinsed and trimmed)
6 sprigs fresh marjoram
2 Tbsps good-quality olive oil
kosher salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
1 cup dried, whole Cranberry
½ cup coarsely chopped Marcona almond

Preparation steps

1.
Position 1 rack in top third and 1 rack in bottom third of oven. Preheat to 450°F. Spray 2 large rimmed baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine green beans, and marjoram in large bowl. Drizzle with oil, and season to taste with kosher salt and pepper. Toss; divide between prepared baking sheets.

Roast vegetables for about 15 minutes. Rotate baking sheets and continue to roast until beans are tender and beginning to brown in spots, about 10 minutes longer.
4.
Transfer vegetables to bowl. Add lemon juice, grated lemon peel, and half of cranberries and chopped almonds. Toss to coat; season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with remaining cranberries and almonds.
