- 2 cups black currant
- 2 cups Raspberries
- 2 cups Peaches (chopped)
- 2 cups Watermelon (chopped)
- 2 cups Cherries (pitted and chopped)
- 2 ¼ cups preserving sugar (3:1)
- 1 lemon (juiced)

Preparation steps
1.
Place all the fruits and the preserving sugar in a pot. Stir in the lemon juice and leave to steep for two hours with a lid on so that juice forms.
2.
Bring to the boil and then stir for 4 minutes.
3.
Pour the jam into jars and close immediately. Turn the jars upside down for ten minutes, then turn the right way up and leave to cool.
