400 grams green Beans
400 grams yellow Beans
75 grams Bacon
1 tsp spicy Mustard
1 tsp honey
4 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
6 Tbsps sunflower oil
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the brown beans overnight. Cook in boiling salted water for 30 minutes until tender.

Rinse and trim the green and yellow beans. Halve, and add to the boiling water during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Rinse all of the beans and drain thoroughly.

3.

Cook the bacon in a nonstick pan until crispy, and drain on paper towels.

4.

Mix the mustard, honey, vinegar, and sunflower oil to form a dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the beans with the dressing, then spread onto small plates. Garnish with the bacon.
