8 baby carrots (with some green parts)
4 Zucchini
8 Zucchini flower
8 garlic cloves (unpeeled)

200 grams smoked Bacon

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry artichokes, cut off top thirds and remove tough outer leaves. Peel and halve onions. Peel carrots and halve lengthwise. Rinse and dry zucchini, halve lengthwise and cut into large pieces. Rinse zucchini flowers carefully.

Cook vegetables (except onions and garlic) in a steamer until al dente. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and saute onion halves (cut side down) and garlic cloves. Add onions and garlic with oil to the rest of vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Cut bacon into thin strips and serve together with vegetables.
