50 grams Chanterelle (trimmed and chopped)
2 teaspoons light Miso paste
1 teaspoon Miso paste
20 grams Tofu (cut into small cubes)
2 teaspoons fine scallions
1 teaspoon Wakame seaweed (Seaweed for miso soup)
600 milliliters water
1 piece Dashi Kombu seaweed
2 tablespoons Bonito flake

Preparation steps

1.

Add dashi seaweed and bonito flakes in a pot with water for cooking, bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes. Pour broth through a strainer and back into a pot.

2.

Add miso paste, mushrooms, tofu and wakame to the pot and bring to a boil. Serve in bowls garnished with scallions.
