- 50 grams Chanterelle (trimmed and chopped)
- 2 tsps light Miso paste
- 1 tsp Miso paste
- 20 grams Tofu (cut into small cubes)
- 2 tsps fine scallions
- 1 tsp Wakame seaweed (Seaweed for miso soup)
- 600 milliliters water
- 1 pc Dashi Kombu seaweed
- 2 Tbsps Bonito flake
Preparation steps

Add dashi seaweed and bonito flakes in a pot with water for cooking, bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes. Pour broth through a strainer and back into a pot.

Add miso paste, mushrooms, tofu and wakame to the pot and bring to a boil. Serve in bowls garnished with scallions.
