- 1 kilogram jam sugar

Preparation steps

Rinse the plums and cut in half. Remove the stones, mix with the jam sugar, and let sit overnight.

Mix in the lemon juice, and transfer to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and cook for 4 minutes. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the jam, seal tightly, and cool completely.
