These little appetizers, also called sliders, are the perfect thing to serve at your next barbecue or your game day celebration. These mini burgers are an excellent source of protein, iron, zinc, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12.
You can add whatever condiments you prefer to these mini burgers, depending on people's preferences. Add cheese, if your not counting calories!

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the beef with salt and ground black pepper and shape into 12 small burgers.
2.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the hamburgers on both sides for 3-4 minutes, only turning once.
3.
Cut the hamburger buns in half horizontally and spread some ketchup on the bottom half. Place a hamburger on the lower half of the bun, followed by a slice of tomato and some cress. Finish with the top half of the bun and secure with a toothpick.
