150 grams soft butter
60 grams powdered sugar
1 generous pinch Vanilla bean
1 egg
120 grams Pastry flour
200 grams Milk chocolate
150 grams Whipped cream
5 Tbsps Sesame seeds
2 Kiwi
2 Mandarin orange

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 170°C (approximately 330°F) and line baking tray with baking paper.

Mix 130 butter with powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy, stir in egg and fold in flour. Pour batter into piping bag with large nozzle and pipe balls about 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) onto baking paper. Bake for 13-14 minutes in oven then remove baking sheet from oven and let cool on wire rack.

Chop chocolate. Boil cream, remove from heat and melt remaining butter and chocolate in cream. Use a dipping fork to dip half the piped balls into chocolate, drain and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Peel and thinly slice kiwi and tangerine then cut slices in half. Cut cream cheese slices in half. Top piped balls without chocolate with cream cheese and fruit slices and top with chocolate covered balls.
