Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Butter the wells of a muffin pan.

Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Sauté the onion with the garlic in hot butter until translucent. Add the mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until the resulting liquid evaporates. Remove from the heat, mix in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Beat the eggs with the cream and the Parmesan. Add the mushrooms to mixture and fill in the wells of the baking pan.

4.

Bake in the oven about 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve.
