2 eggs
6 Tbsps sugar
3 Tbsps Pastry flour
1 generous pinch Baking powder
2 Tbsps cocoa powder

Preparation steps

1.

Butter four 7 ounce jars and sprinkle with flour. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.

Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt in a bowl over a hot water bath, then allow to cool slightly. Stir in the butter when the chocolate has reached the same temperature.

3.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy and addthe chocolate mixture. Add the flour, baking powder and cocoa and fold into the mixture. Fill the jars glasses and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. The middle should still be liquid.
