Microwave Steak Stew with Sour Cream

- 4 cups chuck steak (trimmed and cubed)
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 stick Celery (finely diced)
- 1 tsp superfine caster sugar
- 2 tsps paprika
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- 1 cup tomato passata
- 2 cups Beef stock
- ½ cup Sour cream (to serve)

Toss together the beef and flour with plenty of seasoning in a mixing bowl. Divide between four large microwaveable mugs and cover with clingfilm.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Carefully remove from the microwave, peel away the clingfilm, and divide all the remaining ingredients between the mugs, stirring well.
Cover again with the clingfilm and microwave on medium for 40 - 50 minutes until the beef is tender.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with sour cream on top.
