- 400 grams ground pork (roughly ground)
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 Tbsp Caper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the bell pepper, halve lengthwise, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and cut into fine strips. Place the meat on the bread and top with the bell pepper and onions.

Drain the capers and place on top of the meat. Halve the sandwiches and serve.
