- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 120 grams powdered sugar

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 80°C (approximately 175°F).

Beat egg whites with lemon juice until stiff and gradually sprinkle in powdered sugar. Continue to beat until shiny. With the help of a teaspoon, place little piles of meringue on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or using a piping bag with a large tip). Bake in preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, to dry more than bake, so that the meringues are crisp, but should remain as white as possible. Remove, allow to cool and serve.
