1 Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Fork, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Paper towel, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wok oder große Pfanne mit Deckel, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 großer Plate

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the grill (broiler) to its highest setting.
2.
Mix the strawberries with the lime juice, zest and rum and pour into 4 ramekins. Place a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on top of each.
3.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gradually fold in the icing sugar.
4.
Place the meringue gently on top of the ice cream so that everything is covered and then grill for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
