- 400 grams Watermelon
- 20 Bocconcini (about 150 g)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 4 mint

Preparation steps
1.
Remove the seeds from the cantaloupe. Form balls from the melons using a melon baller.
2.
Drain the mozzarella, then place in a bowl with the melon balls. Add the lemon juice and honey, and mix until combined. Place the mixture into glasses or jars, garnish with the mint, and serve.
