Preparation steps
1.
From the melon, cut the pulp into rectangles of about 2x4 cm (approximately 3/4 x 1 1/2 inch).
2.
Cut the blue cheese and the feta cheese into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Rinse the lime, pat dry and cut into thin wedges. Rinse the herbs and pat dry. Chop the olives.
3.
Pierce the blue cheese with pretty cocktail sticks onto four melon blocks. Drizzle with honey.
4.
Add the lime with mint leaves and stick on more melon pieces on. Before eating, compress the limes with your fingers so that the juice runs over the melon.
5.
Mix the olives with thyme and sumac and distribute on the feta melon cubes.
6.
Place the skewers on decorative bowls and serve.
