- 50 milliliters lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps sugar

Preparation steps

Core the melons, and remove the fruit with a melon baller. Mix the lemon juice, sugar, and a little water. Drizzle the melon balls with the lemon juice mixture.
2.
Rinse the mint, shake dry, and remove the leaves. Skewer the melon balls, alternating each type of melon. Finish the skewers with a mint leaf, and serve.
