1 muskmelon (or Galiamelone)
3 Tbsps White vinegar

¼ tsp Mustard
1 pinch sugar
2 Tbsps Walnut oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rins and spin dry arugula, remove hard stalks. Cut ham into strips.

2.

Halve melon and remove seeds and fibers with a spoon. Scoop pulp with a melon baller. Combine melon balls with arugula and ham.

3.

Whisk vinegar with oil and mustard, season with salt, pepper and sugar.

4.

Arrange salad on plates and drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with walnuts. Serve.
