1 Cutting board, 1 Hand mixer, 1 große Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Knife, 1 Pot, 1 Sieve, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Rolling pin, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Kitchen scale, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Can opener
Preparation steps
1.
Slice the Galia melon in half. Remove the seeds, peel and finely dice.
2.
Rinse the jalapenos. Slice the green one into rings. Finely dice the red one.
3.
Remove the zest from the lime and squeeze out the juice. Put the lime juice, zest and 150 ml of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 4-5 minutes.
4.
Add the chili peppers and basil.
5.
Pour the sauce over the diced melon. Mix well and allow to cool.
