4 Bell pepper (red and yellow, halved)
5 Tbsps olive oil
1 Eggplant (thickly sliced)
1 large Zucchini (thickly sliced)
1 clove garlic cloves (chopped)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 cup Mozzarella (sliced)
½ cup ham

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the grill and oil a baking tray.
2.
Place the peppers, skin side up, on the prepared baking tray and grill until the skin begins to bubble. Remove from the oven and cover with a damp tea towel to cool. Remove the skin and cut into wide strips.

Season the aubergine and the courgette with salt and ground black pepper and fry in hot oil in a pan on all sides until golden brown.
4.
Mix the garlic with a pinch of salt, add 2-3 tbsp oil and the lemon juice. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
5.
Using a 10 cm ? dessert ring, layer the vegetables and mozzarella on top of each other to create a tower. Drizzle with the dressing, top with some ham and hold together with a cocktail stick.
