- 12 small Chicken thigh
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 60 grams green, filled Olives (with peppers)
- olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 50 grams black, pitted Olives
- 400 grams pieced Tomatoes (from a can)
- 2 Tbsps thyme
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Peel the onion and garlic. Slice the onion into thin strips and finely chop the garlic. Cut the green olives into slices.

Heat the oil and season with salt and pepper. Saute the meat until golden brown. Place the chicken into a baking dish. Saute the onion and garlic in the pan. Mix in the olives, tomatoes and thyme. Pour in the wine and season with salt and pepper. Add the contents of the pan to the baking dish and cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
